ALL PANICCAM VERSIONS – URGENT SETTINGS CHANGE REQUIRED

iPhone Users …

Go to settings on your phone
Scroll down to PanicCam (change also required for PanicCam Rapid if installed)
Click on PanicCam
Scroll down to IP Address
Replace existing value with 44.168.79.15

Android Users …

Start application (change required for PanicCam and PanicCam Rapid)
Click on User Settings button
Click on IP Address
Replace existing value with 44.168.79.15
Click OK button

How do I configure TouchbasePC on the iPhone?

Go to settings on your phone
Scroll down to TouchbasePC
Click on TouchbasePC
Enter the 1st contact number you want TouchbasePC to notify
If you want to notify a second contact number, enter 2nd Contact No.
You can also change the default messages in here if you wish. The buttons are numbered from 1 – 12 going from left to right.

I have purchased the app but I cannot get a connection to the server …

Go to User Settings in the app.
After installing PanicCam Rapid or PanicCam Master, you must register on our website to activate your account. You should register with the same phone number and email address that you entered in your phone settings when you first started the app. Just go to http://www.PanicCam.org and click on the Register tab.

How do I set up the list of people I want PanicCam to notify when I activate the app?

When you go through the registration process you will be prompted to enter email addresses for the two notification contacts.

What if I want PanicCam to notify more than two people?

The registration page only allows you to enter up to 2 notification addresses. If you require more, these can be set up for you by our support staff. Please email us at support@PanicCam.org with details of your requirement and your account details.

I am having problems playing video / audio files via the PanicCam web portal …

If you are unable to play the audio or video files then we would recommend you try using Apple QuickTime. To install a version on your PC/Mac then go to http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/ for the software and install as instructed. If your video or audio files are still unable to be played then email support@paniccam.org for support.
